Overview
inD Connect allows you to integrate your aF4 with Apple Siri, enabling hands-free control of your aquarium feedings. By setting up a custom Siri command, you can trigger feed cycles with a simple voice command.


Setup Instructions

Step 1: Open the eWeLink App

    1.    Open the eWeLink app on your iPhone.

    2.    Select the aF4 device you want to control.

    3.    Tap the "…" (three-dot) icon in the top-right corner.


Step 2: Create a Smart Scene

    1.    Select “Smart Scene” from the menu.

    2.    Tap the “+” icon to create a new scene.

Step 3: Set the Trigger Condition

    1.    Under “If This Triggers”, tap Add.

    2.    Select “Tap to Perform” as the trigger condition.

Step 4: Set the Actions

    1.    Under “Then That Actions”, select Smart Device.

    2.    Choose the aF4 you want to control.

    3.    Select ON as the action.

    4.    Tap Add Action again, then select Delay and set it to 1 minute.

    5.    Finally, tap Add Action, choose Smart Device, select the aF4, and set it to OFF.


Step 5: Save and Name Your Scene

    1.    Tap Save in the top-right corner.

    2.    Name the scene with a phrase you’d like to use for Siri commands, such as “Feed the                    Fish”.

    3.    Tap Save again.


Step 6: Add to Siri

    1.    On the next screen, tap the “Add to Siri” icon.

    2.    Follow the on-screen instructions to record your Siri command if you'd like to use a different command than the one selected in the step 5.


Using Siri with inD Connect

Once set up, simply say:

“Hey Siri, [Scene Name]” (e.g., “Hey Siri, feed the fish”) to trigger the feeding cycle.


Managing Siri Commands

To view or edit your Siri commands, open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone. From there, you can rename, modify, or delete your custom Siri command.
