Warranty Claim InstructionsUpdated 7 months ago

If you believe you need warranty service on an inD aquatics product, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact inD aquatics technical support at [email protected], include your serial number, order number, and a brief description of the problem you're experiencing. If we are not able to resolve the problem remotely, continue to step 2.
2. Remove the aF4 tubing from any water source and empty the reservoir.  Run the aF4 "Feed Now" cycle dry 3-4 times to remove any liquid from the system. 
3. Unless the power supply is the suspected problem, do not include the power supply in your return shipment.  We also do not need the tank mount.
3. inD aquatics will provide you with a return label for shipment to our service center.  Please package the product up carefully, any damage incurred in transit is not the responsibility of inD aquatics.

Once inD aquatics has received your shipment, the repair process typically is completed in less than 72 hours.  

*If you would like expedited return shipment, contact your technician and they will invoice you for the difference between standard shipping and expedited shipping.
