My aF4 is not powering on - there is a solid red light, but nothing happens when I press it.Updated 6 months ago

1. Unplug the power supply from the aF4.
2. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Plug in the power to the aF4.
4. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Still nothing?
Repeat steps 1-4.  Contact support if the issue persists.
