My aF4 is not powering on - there is a solid red light, but nothing happens when I press it.

1. Unplug the power supply from the aF4.2. Wait 10 seconds.3. Plug in the power to the aF4.4. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Still nothing?Repeat steps 1-4.  Contact support if the issue persists.
