Remove the Housing</h3><ol data-start="458" data-end="729" style=" text-decoration: none;"><li data-start="458" data-end="545">Power Off &amp; Unplug &#x2014; Turn off the aF4 and disconnect it from the power source.</li><li data-start="546" data-end="653">Remove Housing Screws &#x2014; Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the four screws in the corners of the base-plate securing the housing.</li><li data-start="654" data-end="729">Lift Off Housing &#x2014; Carefully lift the housing away and set it aside.</li></ol><hr data-start="731" data-end="734" style=" text-decoration: none;"><h3 data-start="736" data-end="764" style=" text-decoration: none;" id="2-remove-old-tubing">2. Remove Old Tubing</h3><ol data-start="765" data-end="1011" style=" text-decoration: none;"><li data-start="765" data-end="906">Locate Tubing Connections &#x2014; Identify where the tubing runs from the solenoid manifold. &#xA0;There are two vertical connections and one horizontal.</li><li data-start="907" data-end="1011">Detach Tubing &#x2014; Gently pull the tubing from all fittings, twisting slightly if needed to release. &#xA0;Note: A small flathead screwdriver could be useful to get the tubing loose.</li></ol><hr data-start="1013" data-end="1016" style=" text-decoration: none;"><h3 data-start="1018" data-end="1067" style=" text-decoration: none;" id="3-remove-pump-face-plate-and-pump-tubing">3. Remove Pump Face Plate and Pump Tubing</h3><ol data-start="1068" data-end="1296" style=" text-decoration: none;"><li data-start="1068" data-end="1123">Access Pump &#x2014; Locate the pump.</li><li data-start="1124" data-end="1222">Remove Face Plate &#x2014; Using the hex wrench, remove the four screws securing the pump face plate.</li><li data-start="1223" data-end="1296">Remove Pump Tubing &#x2014; Pull the old tubing out of the pump assembly.</li></ol><hr data-start="1298" data-end="1301" style=" text-decoration: none;"><h3 data-start="1303" data-end="1332" style=" text-decoration: none;" id="4-install-new-tubing">4. Install New Tubing</h3><ol data-start="1333" data-end="1697" style=" text-decoration: none;"><li data-start="1333" data-end="1446">Install Pump Tubing &#x2014; Insert the new tubing into the pump, ensuring proper alignment and secure seating.</li><li data-start="1447" data-end="1547">Reinstall Pump Face Plate &#x2014; Use the hex wrench to secure the face plate back onto the pump.</li><li data-start="1548" data-end="1697">Reconnect Tubing Runs &#x2014; Attach the new tubing to all connection points, routing it in the original configuration with no kinks or sharp bends.</li></ol><hr data-start="1699" data-end="1702" style=" text-decoration: none;"><h3 data-start="1704" data-end="1733" style=" text-decoration: none;" id="5-reassemble-the-af4">5. Reassemble the aF4</h3><ol data-start="1734" data-end="1915" style=" text-decoration: none;"><li data-start="1734" data-end="1844">Reinstall Housing &#x2014; Place the housing back onto the unit and secure it with the Phillips head screws.</li><li data-start="1845" data-end="1915">Verify Fit &#x2014; Ensure all panels are properly aligned and seated.</li></ol><hr data-start="1917" data-end="1920" style=" text-decoration: none;"><h3 data-start="1922" data-end="1945" style=" text-decoration: none;" id="6-test--clean">6. Test &amp; Clean</h3><ol data-start="1946" data-end="2208" style=" text-decoration: none;"><li data-start="1946" data-end="2004">Reconnect Power &#x2014; Plug in the aF4 and turn it on.</li><li data-start="2005" data-end="2093">Run a Test Feed &#x2014; Confirm proper operation and check all connections for leaks.</li><li data-start="2094" data-end="2208">Run a Cleaning Cycle &#x2014; Perform a full cleaning cycle to ensure the new tubing is flushed and ready for use.</li></ol>
