If you are not satisfied with your aF4 purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
- The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date
- The unit is unused and in its original packaging
- All original contents are included — unit, power supply, tubing, tank mount, cleaning tablet, and quick start card
Units that have been used, set up, or are missing original packaging or contents are not eligible for a standard return. If you have an issue with a used unit, please see our Warranty Policy or submit a support ticket — we may still be able to help.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers return processing and inspection costs.
Refunds are processed once the returned unit has been received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
How to initiate a return
- Email hello@indaquatics.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the reason for your return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Package the unit securely in its original packaging and ship it using the instructions provided
Please do not return a unit without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Purchased from a retailer?
If you purchased your aF4 from a third-party retailer, their returns policy applies. Please contact the retailer directly for return and refund assistance. inD Aquatics is unable to process returns for units purchased through retailers.
Damaged on arrival
If your aF4 arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@indaquatics.com or via support ticket. Include photos of the damage and your order number. Damaged on arrival cases are handled separately from standard returns.
